As open as the floor plan was designed, the homeowner’s didn’t want their guests to see the new cooking area; they wanted their attention focused on the beautiful new granite and the rich, elegant finishes. Even though the footprint was quite compact, the challenge of creating two distinct area’s to the kitchen was solved.

The new peninsula with its dynamic shape and distinctive curved cabinet at the end, achieve the drama the client’s want with additional storage tucked inside. More storage was also achieved with the beautiful custom sideboard; large enough to hold linens and entertaining equipment, but still elegant enough for an art display.

The finished remodel is a beautiful sight from the first step through the front door, and the homeowner’s are enjoying cooking and entertaining in their award-winning kitchen!
